Having your own Temple St. Clair account allows you to save address information for faster checkout and to track your orders easily. However, you do not need to create an account to make a purchase.
Creating an account with Temple St. Clair will allow you to create your own personal wishlist that you can edit, add, and purchase from anytime you come to our website. Add to your wishlist anywhere you see a heart.
We offer complimentary engraving on our Angel pendants, tree of life pendant, and lockets. Please allow 2 weeks for completion and delivery. The Tree of Life pendant can be turned into a family tree by engraving names or initials along the branches. Please inquire about special engraving and timing for these pieces. All sales are final on personally engraved jewels.
All templestclair.com purchases arrive wrapped in our signature boxes, pouches and tissue decorated with watercolors by Temple. All boxes include an authenticity card. For special requests, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We will always do our best to accommodate you.
We offer handwritten notes with any purchase. Clients will be prompted at checkout if you wish to personalize your gift with a message.
Please take care of your jewels. Temple St. Clair jewelry is meant to stand the test of time. However, that does not mean that our jewels are to be worn for heavy lifting! Use our pouches and boxes to protect your jewels when not being worn. If your jewels need a little freshening, keep it simple – a light bath in a mild soap, with a rinse in cool water can remove most oils from normal wear. No bleach, no ultrasonic, no rough and tumble processes. We recommend a periodic professional cleaning.

Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, undamaged item within 14 days for a full refund, exchange or credit. After 14 days, all sales are final. All sales are also final for customized engraving and sizing. To return, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +22.214.171.12464 to request a Return Authorization Label.
Sales tax will be automatically applied to your order based on applicable state and local sales tax laws and shipping destination. The terms contained herein are subject to change as taxation regulations evolve. We monitor state and local tax laws to ensure compliance. Customers shall be responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding payment of all use taxes, duties and other taxes and the declaration of goods in their respective state or country of residence. Your purchase may be subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Within the US and Canada, we offer complimentary 2-day shipping via Federal Express. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO.
For International shipping, different rates apply and will be applied at time of purchase. Clients are responsible for any applicable duties, tariffs or taxes.
All of our shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit. All shipments require signature upon delivery. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable. Each Temple St. Clair jewel goes through inspection for quality control before sending. Temple St. Clair encourages you to inspect your package immediately upon receipt. Should you receive an item you believe to be damaged, please contact: email@example.com.
