Shipping & Returns
Within the US and Canada, we offer complimentary 2-day shipping via Federal Express. Orders will be processed Monday through Friday 10am -3pm EST. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO.
For International shipping, different rates apply and will be applied at time of purchase. Clients are responsible for any applicable duties, tariffs or taxes.
All of our shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit. All shipments require signature upon delivery. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable. Each Temple St. Clair jewel goes through inspection for quality control before sending. We encourage you to inspect your package immediately upon receipt. Should you receive an item you believe to be damaged, please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org

Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, undamaged item within 14 days for a full refund, exchange or credit. After 14 days, all sales are final. All templestclair.com purchases arrive wrapped in our signature boxes, pouches and tissue decorated with watercolors by Temple. All boxes include an authenticity card (and gift card if requested). For special requests, please contact email@example.com. We will always do our best to accommodate you.
